We may receive information about you from business partners, service providers, publicly available sources, and social media platforms (if you interact with our accounts).
We use the information we collect to:
3.A. Processing of Customer Data
As set forth in the MSSA, Customer grants Artila a limited license to use and Process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Robot, Software, and Services. Artila may also use aggregated and de-identified Customer Data for its internal business purposes, including for analytics and product improvement, provided such data cannot reasonably be used to identify the Customer or any individual.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Artila acts as a data processor when performing services on behalf of the Customer under the MSSA.
Where Artila collects personal data for its own business purposes (for example, for website analytics, marketing, or employee data), Artila will be the data controller for that specific information.
